What You'll Do
- Act as deputy to the Head of Compliance with significant autonomy
- Identify, interpret, and advise on European and Luxembourg financial regulations, CSSF Circulars, and AIFM/AIF requirements
- Advise Senior Management on regulatory obligations, new products and their compliance impact
- Execute the Luxembourg Compliance Program and integrate it into the firm's global framework
- Liaise directly with CSSF and coordinate internal/external audits
- Draft policies, risk assessments, compliance reports and advisory memos
- Provide compliance training and education to the business
- Support AML/CFT compliance and regulatory obligations
- Collaborate on cross-jurisdictional and international projects
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years compliance experience in Asset Management/Alternative Investment Funds
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (not purely AML-focused)
- Expertise in Luxembourg alternative investment fund regulation
- Experience in private markets/private equity strongly preferred
- Master's degree in finance, law or related field
- Solution-oriented with hands-on approach
- Excellent analytical and advisory capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to interact confidently with senior management
- Humble, collaborative personality who thrives in team environments
- Excellent English (essential); French and/or German a plus
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, flexible self-starter
